My son was back in town visiting from Denver so we decided to while away the hot, humid, Sunday afternoon at Hollywood’s latest Batman blockbuster, “The Dark Knight.” I splurged and purchased tickets for the matinee at our local IMAX® theatre. Big movie – big screen, was my rationale.

Brand Challenge:
Is everyone in your organization reading from the same road map and living your brand?
Challenge: Have everyone in your organization answer the following questions and compare their answers:
- Who are the customers we target?
- What do we promise these customers?
- How does my job contribute to keeping those promises?
